Tactics? Know Your Social Media Objectives!

by Carol Cole-Lewis on May 18, 2009

Merritt Colaizzi reports on Josh Bernoff’s keynote address this morning at the  IAB Marketplace: Social Media

In the address, Josh uses the acronym “Post” (People – Objectives – Strategy – Technology) to describe a process he uses for social media planning. This particular post from Merritt focuses on the “O” (“Objectives”) and gives three examples of successful social media campaigns based on three very different types of objectives. These ideas might get your creative juices flowing for your own social media plan!
