Social media in 2009 is what web sites were in 2000 – everybody and every business just hada’ have one. In today’s terms, just because Facebook and Twitter exist doesn’t mean your business has to have a presence on them. And, don’t think social media is going to cause an army of new customers stampeding through your door anytime soon.
