Companies Haven’t Figured Out How To Build Brands in Social Media

Fluent – a report on  Social Influence Marketing – was announced today by Razorfish, one of the largest interactive marketing companies in the world. This report is the first of its kind which understands who and what influences consumers at different points in the marketing funnel.

Some of the most interesting findings are:

  • Six out of 10 consumers don’t bother to seek out opinions of brands via social media.
  • Consumers view TV ads as more trustworthy than social media ones
  • You can measure campaign success on the Social web.
